Damage

Thank you for your email and please accept our sincere apologies for your order arriving damaged,

 

Although it is extremely rare that any of our products are damaged on their way to you we actually keep each part in their own individual packaging as a precaution measure meaning that we can get the damaged part/parts replaced without replacing the entire unit. Over the years we have found this to be more convenient for our customers and also means you don't have to wait in all day again for a delivery/collection exchange to take place.

 

Would it be possible to send over a photo of the damage/damaged parts and also advise the part number from the instruction booklet please? This information is required so we can ensure the correct part is dispatched.

 

As soon as we have this information we can press ahead with the replacement parts, if it's going to be easier and more convenient for you we can deliver to an alternative address such as a workplace or friend/family members home address.
