Black Friday Late Deliveries

Sincere apologies for the inconvenience that you're experiencing with the delivery of your order. 

Due to a much higher than anticipated volume of orders from retailers across the country, our couriers have struggled to cope and a backlog has built up in their main depot which is why your order has been delayed. We have spoken with Yodel reps regarding your delivery and they have assured us every effort is being made to get your order to you as soon as possible. Extra drivers and vehicles have been hired to work extra hours. Unfortunately, I can't give a definite date when your order will be delivered.

The only thing I can recommend is that you keep checking the tracking information that we have previously sent you via email, this is also available in the 'Your Account' section on our website. This will be updated whenever there is movement with your parcel. and I can't see anymore information than what you can find on there.
